Nissan Launches The All-new Infiniti G37 Coupe In China

TOKYO : December 18, 2008 - Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (NCIC) today launched the all-new Infiniti G37 Coupe in China. Priced at RMB 660,000 (USD: 96,360), the all-new G37 is the first coupe from the Infiniti brand in China.


The all-new Infiniti G37 Coupe strikes a perfect balance between organic beauty and dynamic visual impact. Its designers were inspired by the purity and enigma of nature, inspiring them to create the serene yet dramatic all-new G37 Coupe.

"Equipped with the newly developed 3.7-liter V6 engine (VQ37HR) and Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL) technology - improving performance, emissions and fuel efficiency - and delivering maximum power of 241kW and torque of 363Nm, the all-new Infiniti G37 Coupe is a powerful expression of passion," said Yasuaki Hashimoto, president of NCIC.

The launch of the all-new G37 Coupe completes Infiniti's full model line-up in China, which includes the M35, G35, FX45 and EX35, to satisfy the diversified needs of Chinese drivers.

Sales of Infiniti vehicles reached more than 4,000 units in China this year. By the end of the year, Infiniti will have 13 dealerships in China, with plans to add 10 more outlets next year.
