WAIBLINGEN, GERMANY – January 20, 2010: Sportservice Lorinser is one of the top addresses for the exclusive refinement of Mercedes automobiles. The company located in Waiblingen in Southern Germany once again confirms this with the new Mercedes E-Coupé (Model C207). An entire tuning program is available and renders the two-door car an even more dynamic and significantly more individual mark.
Sporty elegance is the hallmark of the Lorinser aerodynamics set: The stylishly adjusted components of the front bumper with the integrated LED daytime running lights and the new radiator grill form the front of the Lorinser E-Coupé into a dynamic center of attention. Moreover, the roof- and rear lip and the rear bumper add-on part in diffuser look harmonise congenially. The dynamic appearance is perfected by the new side skirts. The earthy and impressive sound stems from the Lorinser sports exhaust system. The stainless steel rear muffler with its edged dual tailpipes perfectly integrates into the newly designed rear section. But Lorinser does not only focus on a powerful sound. Optimised engine control units for performance increase are currently in preparation.
The light-alloy wheels program is impressive in terms of its dimension and selection. No matter if you are looking for something dynamic, luxurious or noble - Lorinser offers varying wheel designs and sizes. The latest development is the one-piece 20- inch light-alloy wheel RS9. The light-alloy wheels are especially emphasised by progressively winded suspension springs which lower the E-Class Coupés´ center of gravity by 30 millimetres at the front and rear axle. For models with serial Airmatic, Lorinser developed a set for manual lowering.
Following the style of the traditional brand Mercedes which puts large emphasis on comfort, elegance, but also sportiness in the interior, Sportservice Lorinser offers unobtrusive interior applications. Aluminium pedals and an instrument cluster with a scaling of up to 330 km/h accentuate the car in a dynamic way. Another elegant touch is rendered by the floor mat set with leather lining and embroidered Lorinser emblem as well as the illuminated door sills.

The legendary 300 SL Gullwing has thrilled generations and consequently has a regular space in Lorinser’s classic car collection. The designers of the Mercedes customer have now dedicated themselves to its successor, the SLS, which proved to be a show stopper at the IAA 2009 in just its series standard version.
The first Lorinser design of the exhibition star pays homage to the racing soul of the car, as the Gullwing was originally designed for motorsport with its numerous aluminium components. “If carbon fibres had been available then, the lightweight concept of the 300 SL would definitely have contained this material”, says CEO Marcus Lorinser.
As a result one of the designs shows the aggressive coolness of carbon fibre, which in selected areas contrasts with the red paint of the aluminium bodywork and the components: for example a carbon fibre element intersects the middle of the grill, in which there isn’t a Mercedes star, but the Lorinser family crest from the 15th century instead. A further stylistic element is provided by a spoiler bumper with a carbon insert, arch-shaped air inlet and double fog lights. The muscular sides, on the other hand, are partially shaped by the massive Lorinser side sills, which also adorn black inserts made of the fibre composite material. The air inlets which are drawn inwards and have black sports grills, gape over the sides onto the front fenders. The two chromed cross beams are thereby a homage to the 300 SL. The large
wire spoke wheels cite a typical construction form from the 50s, although their design seems extremely modern. At the same time they are also the link to the second design.
The second design pays tribute to the facets of the 300 SL, which reveal it as a sophisticated road sports car with an elegant front spoiler and a more sober grill design. In this study Lorinser also used one-piece side sills with air inlets. With their stronger segmentation the gills on the fenders are orientated more directly to the prototype, than the first design which was dedicated to the motorsport heritage oft the Gullwing.
Whether there will be a small-batch production of either of the two studies – and where applicable the final design – has not yet been decided.

Lorinser, German tuning specialist has released its latest aerokit for Lexus LS460. The pack consists of mostly stylistic changes for the car’s exterior to sport limo.
For the LS460, Fabulous also offers both front spoiler with with fog lamp, bumper, black net exchange type grill, rear spoiler, side skirts, a mild rear wing, exhaust end pipes and unique 22-inch wheels with 295 mm. tyres up for back and 245 mm. for the front wheels.
Starting price for the new kit is approximately JPY 750,000.

SCHWABACH : October 28, 2008 - Hot camshafts? In the age of chip tuning, that sounds like a relic of the Eighties. Incorrectly, as there is not much extra power to be gained electronically from a naturally aspirated engine.
Mechanical measures continue to be the first choice there, and more effective than ever before in combination with an adjustment of the engine management. One particularly successful example is the C 350 Limousine from Sportservice Lorinser, an almost irresistible temptation for everyone with petrol in their blood: special camshafts and a modified engine control unit kindle here far more fire than the series version of the extremely successful 3.5-litre V6. 305 HP (224 kW) instead of 272 HP (200 kW) are an end result that can be more than seen in a non-charged engine, especially since the fast Mercedes accelerates powerfully with 380 instead of 350 Nm, even at very low RPM. As a result of the tuning measure, the interval between opening the exhaust valve and closing the intake valve becomes bigger. The result is a "hot" overlap, which is where the camshaft modification gets its name from. On the other hand, the Lorinser lowering kit is responsible for the "hot" handling in the bend. An additional bonus in the driving-fun account.
Digital or analogue? Music fans may argue about this point, but not car enthusiasts.. Of course, the Lorinser sports exhaust system plays music purely mechanically, and develops such a crescendo when the accelerator pedal is pushed enthusiastically that even eardrums get goosebumps. But the optical charms of the C-Class also easily arouse the desire to own one. Is it the well-designed exhaust tailpipes integrated into the Lorinser rear apron that the sporty roof and rear spoiler soar above? The muscular side sills or the striking front apron? An abundance of details that add up to a fascinating automobile. The model RS 8 matt black 19-inch light-alloy wheels draw attention to themselves as they provide exciting contrasts in combination with the white bodywork colour. An additional stylish titleernative is the silver-coloured light-alloy wheel RS 9 from the Lorinser assortment. An offer that repeatedly proves in its totality that the Winnenden customiser won't be losing steam any time soon when it comes down to stirring up passions for automobiles.

As early as back in the Fifties, a major car magazine wrote: "The Mercedes SL is the most cultivated and at the same time most fascinating among the sports cars of our time". With the most recent facelift from Stuttgart, the myth is more alive than ever. Sportservice Lorinser has reset the jewel among sports cars: the aerodynamic body parts of the Swabian vehicle customiser are fascinatingly reminiscent of the original racing car character, when the letters SL still stood for "Sport Light".

The front is shaped by a new spoiler bumper that is characterised by three giant openings with racing grill inserts as well as a blade shaped spoiler hung below in the middle. The integrated end-to-end lip flows seamlessly into the widely flared Lorinser fender. Its slanted, larger air inlets represent the aura of the original even more strongly than the already successful series version. Additional distinctive elements of the side line are the new side skirts that are also characterised in the rear part by large air openings. In addition, its contours take in the swing of the doors and bring the SL optically nearer the ground in combination with Lorinser's lowering.

In addition, the sports car is even a touch more connected with the ground when it comes to extreme driving situations and isn't put off by any bend. The outstanding driving qualities also include wide tyres and remarkable light-alloy wheels. The RS 9 wheel is full of energy, and this central theme also applies especially to the design of the rear of the vehicle: while the series model tends to appear rather simple here, the Lorinser spoiler bumper draws a great deal of power from its strong contours. The observer here not only immediately notices the diffuser inset with sporty grill, but also the sculpturally moulded semi-gondolas.
They house the end tips of the exhaust system with their four openings. It's clear that the Roadster not only produces hot air, but is also developing a gigantic forward thrust. Drivers that aren't satisfied with potent series engines can soon look forward to an optimisation from Lorinser engineers. However, a more sporty and elegant interior can be ordered there already.
