Chattanooga's Volkswagen mid-side sedan sketch emerges

Volkswagen's new model Sketch

Volkswagen released the first sketch of the mid-size sedan that planned to build in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The new U.S. Volkswagen mid-side sedan be slightly larger than the Passat.


As seen in the sketch, the shape is similar to Volkswagen Phaeton but sharper and smaller and the front end be inspired from Audi line with LED daytime lightning.

VW plans to build 150,000 units per year included the new mid-side sedan that coming to replace the passat model. The Chattanooga plant will be opened in 2011.
